I bought two so that we could each have a little light for reading in bed that would not disturb the other person (who might want to go to sleep). It is perfect. I recommend for this usage.

small wonder - and not too bright

Perfect for up-lighting stuff (artifacts, architectural details) without the light being too bright (or getting in your eyes). I also used 2 of these to back-light a louvre door and they were great.
