I had a professional electrician install the doorbells. He has had to return twice due to the front doorbell having a short in it. You have to mash the button a certain way for it to ring. Highly disappointed.

Received our Fleur De Lis doorbell cover promptly and with good correspondence from KnobsandHardware regarding expected delivery date. It is truly lovely, of good quality, and makes a grand statement upon entering the double iron doors to our new house. Would definitely recommend this item. :)
