Bought this to replace just a button in the wall. Husband is a do-it-yourselfer but at 56 had never worked on a doorbell. Have to admit he was a little hesitant to install this. He was amazed how simple it was to install - - he had to bring over all our macho neighbors to brag. It looks really elegant and goes with our Tuscan Mediterranean house. Love the fact it lights up at night. Before people would come & the button blended into the color of the home so everyone resorted to knocking on the front door. Now with the fancy grillwork at day & the illumination at night everyone can find the doorbell. We're remodeling a rental property and will be ordering this again.

This is a quality door bell button, like the light, got the brown/bronze color, it matches my new new porch light nicely, and it was easy to install.
