We went to Home Depot for a door chime and I didn't like any of my options - the nicer wood ones weren't the style I was looking for and were nearly $100! This chime is a great price and looks great. And the chime sound is just what I was looking for - a real bell.

classic series hand carved chime

The chime was just as nice in person as the photo. Very happy with it. The only problem we had was that we did not know to order the 12 v transformer needed for the installation. But our electrician was able to provide one.

Just as we thought it would be - appreciate a real bell - hated what we found at the big box stores... none would look right in our old house.
Also, hung it horizontally - love to have options! ;)
