Had this installed by an electrician to make sure everything was done right. Less than a week later it stopped working. Finally had the electrician replace the mechanism to fix it at my own cost.

The chimes work fine, and are good and loud with a clear tone. However, the plastic cover of this sample would not snap in place as per the instructions because the end angles of the three-quarter rectangle were too large. This was corrected with a friend's heat gun and all is well.
