I was disappointed in the coloration of fan and blades. i thought it would have been much lighter then it actually is. i do understand that pictures are not totally accurate, but i did expect it to be somewhat close. it was too dark for my liking.too much of a hassel to return. will live with it.
i also thought it was too expensive,especilly when it does't meet your expectations.

My experience with Savoy House was frustrating. Although the product is beautiful and elegant, they sent me a fan with absolutely no hardware at all. I had to send my handyman home and he had to return a week later when they sent the hardware.
Then, when he was ready to install the blades, we found that the screws they had sent us were too large for the holes in the blades and would absolutely not work. The screws they sent
had a built-in washer around them that could not be taken off and would not fit in the fan blades. Luckily, my old fan had screws that did fit but otherwise I'd still be waiting to get this fan installed. This company should get on the stick and be more detail-oriented and conscientious about their product.

These aren't really even pretty and they look rubberstamped. Buy real wood blades

The blades are excelent quality. The look good and are aprfectly balanced. An excelent value.
