not the same light

The light I ordered was supposed to have 2 standard light bulbs. The one I got took 3 candelabra bulbs. It also has a pull chain and the glass and the knob that screws the glass on have 2 holes in it and it looks bad. Not happy at all but the electrician had already put it up. Looks stupid with 2 holes in it.

Is this light only a kit for a fan, or is it a stand alone light fixture, i.e., no holes for pull chains?
A:I believe this fixture is controlled by a wall switch.
