We love this fan.It was delivered really quickly & it is so unique & beautiful, our 4 year old grandson noticed it & commented wow that is so cool.

The product is fine. The fan is fantastic.

The only problem is that your salesperson, after checking with the factory at the time I ordered the fan, told me that the fan as delivered would handle up to a 30 degree slope. I knew that was a greater angle than my slope so did not consider the "Slope Kit".

Instructions that came with the fan said that it could handle 24 degrees as delivered. We measured my slope with a laser and accurately computed the slope to be only 21 degrees.

When we mounted the fan...it was evident that it couldn't handle even 21 degrees. It was still a degree or two off plum.

Thus I had to order the A245 kit....total delay set us back about 10 days.

Still love my fan - live my slope kit, and you folks were very responsive to the problem. Just thought you ought to get the slope that the fan will handle straight with the factory - neither of you was right.
