I ordered a replacement remote transmitter and they sent me a remote fan kit. I don't need the kit. My fan is a Hunter remote control ceiling fan already. I lost the remote control transmitter, so what I thought they were sending was a replacement for the one I lost. I'm sure they will let me return what they sent but that is such a hassle.

I was looking to receive only the hand held remote transmitter as I lost mine. Surprised to find that I also received the part that goes up at the canopy. I already had that in place and luckily I did remember the settings in the canopy and I simply set the same digit in the transmitter and it works perfectly. As for your company and my transaction it was flawless. It came quick, was accurate and I will order from you in the future.
