The glas of the dome is not solid white, but has very noticeable swirls of opaque white frosted glass. Busy looking.

I purchased 3 fixtures as replacement for the builder cheap lights that came with my house. 2 work perfectly. The third only works for 2 of the bulbs so I paid for 3 bulb light and only 2 work hmmm.

We finished a large media room in our basement. I found it difficult to find fixtures that gave off bright light. These fixtures really filled the bill. Our contractor was so impressed, he gave us the best lighting award. :} :}

LOVE THIS LIGHT FIXTURE! WE HAVE IT ON A DIMMER SO IT GIVES OFF JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF LIGHT DEPENDING ON WHAT OUR NEEDS ARE. WE HAVE IT IN THE DINING SECTION OF OUR GREAT ROOM. THE FIXTURE CAN TAKE UP TO 60 WATT BULBS, BUT WE PUT IN 40 WATT AND IT STILL GIVES OFF PLENTY OF LIGHT.
