I spent a good deal of time shopping the internet for just the right fixture for my home office, and found this one here. It is exactly as pictured, and installed easily. If you can turn a screwdriver and screw on a wirenut, you've got it made.

The finish is excellent - a nice mottled rustic look that fits quite well in my office. The glass bowl is fairly thick - no fears it will crack when tightening the bottom cap. You do have to have a little strength in your arms to hold it up into place while putting the cap on, but I'd rather have that than something that will break if you look at it wrong.

There is truly nothing negative I can say about this fixture. If this is the kind of look you're aiming for, you won't be disappointed.

I looked all over for a light for my foyer that wasn't too big or too small and looked classy but not pretentious. This was perfect! It looks much more expensive than it cost, and was easy to install. A great buy!

The only thing I would change is being able to use florescent bulbs in the light fixtures.
