Directions are not clear. Screws and wire screws were not included. Very difficult to install. Directions not clear. Light must be totally assembled by installer. The light gets very HOT:therefore,would advise using energy saving chandelier bulbs(25w). Also each hanging strand of crystals must be individually installed. Once installed, it does look beautiful. But be prepared for the extra time it will take to install.
