As is customary with most flush ceiling lamps, the screws supplied to attach the base to the celing fixture are just barely long enough to do the job, and result in much more struggle to complete the attachment than would be the case with screws at least 1/2" longer. Please note that the integral fiberglass insulation in the base makes locating and sliding the attaching screw heads through the keyhole slots almost impossible without an assembly aid such as an awl or slim phillips screw driver to guide the screwhead through the slot.

This ceiling light is clean looking and very classy. I have them in all my hallways and a few bedrooms. In some ways it disappears and it is perfect for a ceiling fixture as it is very attractive with the brushed nickel accents. I like it.
