I am very happy with the look and quality of this fixture.
The installation screws which came with the fixture were to short making the installation process harder then others. I had to get new screws that worked with the fixture.

Very good inexpensive lighting fixture.

Purchased two Cassandra flush mount fixtures in the 20"W size, white shade with bronze trim, for our bedroom ceiling. They are simple, clean-lined, very elegant looking, and well manufactured. They produce a good amount of light (we purchased the incandescent version and have them on a dimmer switch). The glass on the bottom is frosted and does diffuse the light. When lit, the white shade glows a cream/golden color. Installation is a two person job, as the fixtures are heavy and large. The provided screws were just barely long enough, so if you aren't able to perfectly align the fixture and make flush to wall, you may need longer ones. Otherwise, it's an easy install with clear directions. Definitely recommend this product, just wish it was a little less expensive since we had to purchase two of them!

This lamp looks great overall and is what I was looking for. However, it is difficult to mount, and I am most sure that one person can do it, as there are two small screws that come down from ceiling that need to be aligned and fit into fixture (this is hard). Next, the glass on the bottom has a greenish tint, which is especially evident when light is off, but is not a problem once light is on.
