The instructions we received were a photocopy of a bad photocopy and almost impossible to read. Almost every piece of mounting hardware was not included, and the few bolts that were included were the wrong length. The fixture is beautiful, but after some trouble getting it up we were disappointed to see that correctly and firmly mounting it still includes a slight wobble in the glass shade. The very slight looseness and wobble could be overlooked, if the shade sat straight on the fixture, but alas, that is just slightly off too.

Send me a quality product, on time, with legible instructions and everything I need to mount it. That doesn't seem like too much to ask, for how much we spent.

It's taken some time between the purchase and the installation of the lighting fixture. I am building a house. The light is now in the entry hall of my home and it is beautiful.

Beautiful lamp! Excellent service and timely delivery

I really wanted some character for my bedroom and this piece brings it all together! The detail of the design is very beautiful. We are happy with it. Have not installed it yet - but looks like it would be very simple (only has a couple of components).
