overall bad experience with quroum product

The light came with a box and bag which has been opended before. Probably from a previous return.
THe padded foam around the wires is damaged.
I also bought another Quroum products, a ceiling fan and spot light.Both products I had to return because the fan was so badly made, the fan looks like it has been just spray painted and the color was all over the place on the blades.
The spot light hinges were so bad and the color is not white as pictured.
