this is sad.....it did not work!?

Right out of the box, the unit did not work! I Called tech support and they said, "wait for it to warm up". Well, you would think an hour and a half warm up time would be long enough. Any longer would be over shooting the whole point of even having a fog machine. I could boil water and run the shower on HOT! for fog mist for half that time. That's not point. This Unit never warmed up or even turned on for that matter. There's your rating and review. I guess you don't get what you paid for!!!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
