This product is well made and sturdy. I have no workmanship complaints.

My complaint is that based on its picture I thought it would have a two toned bulb. The hook is indeed polished chrome and I should have taken the written description at face value. Instead I let my hopeful expectations lead me to purchasing a hook that for all practical purposes I am stuck with because it has a huge "restocking" fee (whatever that means for a solid metal piece that still in its original undamaged box!).

Also, from a practical robe hooking perspective the bulb is on the large side. I wonder how effective it would be catching and keeping hold to slippery items like robes and pj's.
