Parts missing from the knob set and that is why I have given such a low rating. I really feel that Lowe's Laurel knob set is much heavier than the product that I received. can't understand this, but is a much better knob set than the one I received. Possibly Kwikset is sending your company inferior products as I received two sets, one dent, and one set with missing part.
