After looking at thousands of fixtures,the salesman ultimately picked this one for me. It is quietly elegant and works in my contemporary space, even though I have an old oak table under it. My only issue is that because it is all up-lighting, it doesn't give quite enough light for doing projects at the table, where you want high level lighting. But for eating and meetings, it's jutt fine.

The light is absolutely perfect for the seting. The salesman picked it for us and it is great!
