This product was received extremely well packed and undamaged. It is now placed over our breakfast table in our sunroom and it is nothing short of beautiful. Before I found your website my wife and I had looked far and wide at various lamp shops for the item we needed but to no avail. All it accomplished was to burn a lot of time and gasoline. We were pleased to find the Lighting Universe website with the exact item we were looking for. The pendant light is perfect for the location. We would definitely recommend this company for your lighting needs.

This is the 2nd lamp of this style I have purchased. First was the burgundy/pink, and I love it so much I had to have the blue one for my kitchen. The first (blue) lamp I received was broken in several places, and not as pictured. Everyone went way out of their way to make it right for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service from Lighting Universe, and the manufacturer Meyda Tiffany. The replacement arrived in perfect condition, and it now hanging above my kitchen table. It is absolutely beautiful!

The Roseborders Pendant is beautiful & looks much more expensive than it is. The warm colors are lovely in our dining room. With three 60 watt bulbs, there is plenty of light for any task. This pendant is a good value. It arrived promptly and without damage.
