This pendant added just the right touch to our dining room; and with a dimmer switch can go from soft candlelight glow to bright lights. The installation instructions were sufficient for us 'do it yourself' types; but the chain that is supplied needs special tools to open and close the links (or a very creative use of vise clamps and pliers). Delivery was timely, and the packaging was very good such that the glass bowl withstood the 'not so careful' delivery guy.
