This pendant is beautiful but you have to make sure you can place the lamp in a part of the room where the seam will not be seen as it is very dark and at least 2 inches wide. It would be great if the pictures of the lamp showed the seam.

This light I put up in my dining room which is very open to the rest of our house. It made the room for sure updated it and gave the room a modern look. Highly recommend putting it on a dimmer switch it looks great both bright light and dimmed. Great accent!

Had gone months with no light over our kitchen table. Our last light from Pottery Barn was 15 years old and had been glued, re-papered, even held together with yellow tacky putty to keep in operation for as long as possible. We knew we wanted a drum shade pendant, but hated the price tag on most. After lots of searching, decided on the Zen Jumbo Pendant, 4 light size, which is big, but was the right choice for our space. Didn't have a problem with the seam like some mentioned. Because of the hanging hardware, you can't choose between all four sides for seam placement, but can choose between two, so settled on the best side of those two choices, and had no problem getting it to stay there. My only issue at all with the quality, is that the rattan stipes were not hanging completely straight up and down. There was a slight wave in part of it. However, I was able to "work" the material a little and now it is fine. Love it!

Looks great in pictures, but not well made. The glass diffuser on the bottom is too small for the shade, leaving gaps where you can see the bulbs inside. Also, there is a large seam on the shade that you can not control where it's put - not attractive and not shown in pictures
