I saw this light in a store and would have to special order it, which would take weeks. I bought it from lighting universe and had it hung in my home in 4 days, plus saved almost $150. It is the perfect complement to our decor.

The light was shipped quickly and arrived within a week. It does look a little different from the picture - the outside circle is more opaque than the picture shows. It looks great over our dining room table. It doesn't give off a ton of light, which works great for our space, but may not work for everyone.

I love this pendant light. It sheds warm, sophisticated light, it is elegant and does not interrupt the view and yet adds so much elegance and substance to the room. The one thing I have a quibble with relates to assembly. Once installed, it is very difficult to screw the bottom glass on perfectly straight and given the translucent quality of the round trim, you can see any off balance alignments. So, unless you are super handy, get someone who has experience to help you install it.

The Puri Pendant is a bit pricey but it almost always turns heads and elicits comments when people enter my home. Think of it as a worthwhile investment in enduring style.
