The light fixture arrived within a few days . I love the look and the quality of fixture and I believe the company tried it's best but need to re think best shipping material to protect fixture. The metal is heavy and when mine arrived it had several broken spikes from bottom. The weight and cardboard were not enough to protect them from snapping off. I would suggest alot of bubble wrap or shipping nuts...still, I did not want to wait for replacement so I hung fixture with the missing spikes in the back. I think it looks great. I would order through lighting universe again and I would purchase from the manufacturer who made fixture.
