I was pleased - just be careful when installing the globe to the three tines - one of the the round opening cracked and I had to epoxy it - it think it will be fine....

It's hard to purchase certain things over the Internet without seeing them in person first. We decided to go with this light and we guessed right. It doesn't give off a lot of super bright light, but for the top of our staircase it does the trick and it looks good.
