Tehese lights are as advertized, but for the lay person it's really hard to guage how bright LED lights are. These lights are not bright enough for me - we wanted to use them as accent lighting on interior sheer drapes. NOt sure how they could possibly be birght enough as accent lights outside, wher the light would diffuse even more quickly.
