I am an electrical contractor, for 20 years. Led undercabinet lights are the best choice at any price. These Leds are perfect. They have great color temperature and the light appears perfectly natural. They installed easily and included a template for pre-installing the mounting screws so the fixture just slips over them. This is helpful because installing undercabinet lights is always a challenge for us who aren't so limber anymore. They produce practically no heat, which is a big advantage over halogen styles. They use VERY little energy so its no problem keeping them on all evening and turning off the more costly lights in the kitchen instead. They can easily save you thousands of dollars in energy over the life of the fixture compared to halogen. Each lamp is 1 watt compared to some undercabinet lights that are 20 watts per lamp! Oh, did I mention that they last 50,000 hours! Thats over 34 years at 4 hours per day! Standard halogen lamps last 2000-10000 hours so you'll change every lamp 25-5 times! No brainer!

This is a wonderful light under any cabinet. It gives off great light and it does not heat up the cabinet because the light temperature is very low. Save energy and go LED!
