The actual globe/glass for the picture fan is not what is shown. The image depicts a reddish/orange globe but we received a yellow/black set of globes. Calling Lighting Universe is a complete waste of time...The reps do not follow-up, part of our order is out of stock,necessitating changes to the fan we ordered that we have to make do with. All in all we are fortunate to be able to return the item, as we are told, but at our shipping expense!...If you want my advice...purchase your home items from someone other than Lighting Universe
