I love the look of the Orlando mini-pendant and when I took it out of the box, I was impressed. However, it was somewhat onerous to put together. And, the most disappointing part is that it isn't square ie. the pendant doesn't hang down straight. It hangs down on a slant. It appears that the manufacturer, when putting it together, didn't 'square up' the part that fits into the light shade nor is it square at the top that attaches to the ceiling. It is a great looking light, but who wants to have it hang down crooked? That's why I'm giving this mini-pendant such a low score. I would like to send it back for a replacement, but it just seems too much of a hassle and I've already thrown much of the packing material away.
