We had an electrician install the pendants for our island, so I cannot comment on instructions and assembly.

But overall we are happy with the Classico mini pendant and really like the quality of light that it casts on our island, it makes our granite really sparkle. It definitly fits with the "Modern Tuscan" feel of our kitchen.

One of the mini pendants arrived damaged, but the company is supposed to send a replacement this week. The actual glass shade has more red accents than I anticipated, but it is pretty and a good value.
