Other than the "base" that goes aginst the ceiling being too small, these are excellent lamps, easy to install and very good looking

We had these lights installed by a professional, so I can't comment on the assembly. As for the lights themselves, they look great in our kitchen and throw a nice light even when used on a dimmer switch.
