The glass is slightly different in color from the original pieces that I have. Also, the directions need to be a little more clearly written as we had difficulty getting the globes to stay in the chandelier even with the set screws. We had one broken globe as a result of this problem. We think we have the problem solved and pictures will be forthcoming.

Had ordered matching chandelier, two wall sconces, two pendant lights from another vendor. Chandelier, wall sconces arrived and were installed....Then,3 weeks later was notified that the pendants were on back order: Then notified that they were no longer available. Panic! Contacted Manufacturer who directed me to Lighting Universe. David DeHart was a delight. He not only was able to assist me, but was calm, listened, and very professional.I owned a business with 260 employees. I'd hire David in a minute!!!!!!

I love the look of these pendants. They unfortunately did not come with all the set screws and the ones that did come wouldn't hold the pieces in place. The electrician finally got them together but as yet the bottom portion isn't in straight enough for my taste. We will continue to tweak the set screws until it hangs nicely. They really are gorgeous, just need to work a bit with them.
