The fixture line as a whole looks great- especially the sconces- the chord on the pendant does not stretch at first so the installer needs to return and adjust the length on all of them- this is the only negative.

Pros- Look nice when FINALLY assembled and hung. FYI, these are not glass, they're some kind of fiberglass/plastic. However, they do look like glass when hung. One thing I thought that was interesting (as described in their paperwork) is that you can paint them if you ever want to change the look!

Cons-
1. Manufacturing of metal assembly at top SUCKS. Many holes didn't line up, had to do quite a bit of rigging/drilling to make them line up.
2. I was assuming that when I ordered nickel color, that the cord would match. It was black, which was a harsh color for a soft looking piece. I ended up spraying them silver.

After all said and done (with quite a bit of sweat), they do look nice.
