I had to wait for a very long time to receive the item, after it arrived it had a chip. The product itself it very nice (minus the chip)

I shopped around for lights while my kitchen was under construction/remodeling...I will admit I was a little scared to order these lights but I am so happy I made the leap of faith. They look SIMPLY AWESOME and work great....whatever you do put them on a dimmer switch. They look great over the breakfast bar in the new kitchen....I would definitely order them again! They worked for me!

These pendants have a nice contemporary look. I have shiny white cabinets and stainless steel appliances and the look is perfect over my snack bar. I would have liked to have known how they were assembled before I purchased them though, because you can only put candelabra bulb up in the shade. If there is a special tool on the market to take out that size bulb it would be helpful. I ordered 3 for over my island and the are very bright and now need to get a dimmer for the switch.

The lights look very sleek and am very satisfied. One glass shade was broken on arrival, I called and the service I received was exceptional. I had a replacement on the way with a short phone call!!!!! Other companies should take note!
