Nice fixture...high quality materials...attractive handblown glass...but this pendant fixture is way overpriced, unless you just have to have Italian handblown (in a form) glass, in which case be prepared to pay through your nose for the privilege! VERY well packaged for shipping; no danger of breakage in transit...shipping is a little slow; took close to 2 weeks to receive from date of order. Installation is simple but does require installer to cut electric cord to correct length, and be VERY careful to note which fixture electric wire is the HOT wire, so as not to cause a shock hazard by connecting the wrong fixture wire to the house HOT wire...if you don't know "hot" from "neutral" from "ground", then hire an electrician! Very pretty when illuminated. Not a lot of light out of this pendant...more of a soft glow; if you need a lot of foot candles of light from a pendant, this is not the fixture for you.
We are completely satisfied with the fixture and the service from ATG and have ordered four more of the same fixture in spite of the fact that we feel this fixture is way over-priced (we humans will pay for what we like no matter how unreasonable the price!)

The light's shade is really pretty. It was well packaged. I haven't yet installed it so I'm not sure about how easy it will be. I can't wait to see how it looks!
