I love the Pendant.. it's a gorgous hand blown glass... however, the hardward is very cheap and was incomplete for installation.. painted metal finish where the paint was in the screw holes so it was next to impossible to assemble.. then the mounting piece was not included.. needed to call across the country to hunt down pieces to complete the installation.. very dissappointing given the cost of the product...

I wasn't too sure if this is the kind of quality I wanted, but once I received the product I was very satisfied about this purchase!
