I was very hesitant to purchase these lights because they could not be returned. I really liked how they looked online, but as we all know, not everything looks good in person. I was also very concerned that they would be too large for the kitchen island if I had three of them. We were having a 10 foot island put in so I asked the kitchen designer I was working with if they would be too large and she based on the dimensions of the lights and the size of my island we would be fine. I even went so far to ask Lighting Universe if they had any additional photos and they were gracious enough to send some close ups, but nothing that displayed three next to each other. I took the plunge though, and ordered them. Our electrician just installed them and I love them! They are a piece of art in my home. I told my husband that I would be surprised if no one commented on them when they came to visit. So far we've had two visitors and they both commented on how beautiful they were! They are especially pretty as it becomes darker in my kitchen and I turn them on. I love the reflections. They say you can use a 75 watt bulb, but I used 40 and they look great and provide good lighting.

This gorgeous pendant is the perfect finish to my contemporary kitchen re-do. It looks like delicately carved 'C' shaped ice cubes and on a dimmer switch adds just the right amount of light. The value is excellent. The picture was what sold me but doesn't do it justice.
