The quality was excellent the picture was exactly what we recieve and very easy to install. Also we didn't open the box for several weeks becasue it was going in our 2nd home when we opened the box one of the glasses bulbs were broke. We called and you immediately sent out a new one no questions asked. Outstanding service. Thank you very much we have realy enjoyed them and have gotten so many wonderful compliments.

I really like this light fixture,it looks just like you think it does online. I am updating my decor to a more contemporary look, but I also have very rustic features in my architecture (like a living room chimney made of large river rock). This fixture looks great in the adjoining dining nook and ties nicely to the other stainless/pewter/etc., accessories that I have around the space. My only complaint is that I wish it included a six-inch extension rod, instead of just the 12" rods. I would like the light to hang a bit lower, but 12 full inches lower would have been way too close to the table. I thought of cutting down one of the rods, but they are only threaded at the ends, so that would not have worked. other than that, it's really great.

Our New England Piccolo Pendant lights are just perfect over our new island area in our kitchen. We have a small beach home and these lights already are getting compliments and our remodeling project is not even finished yet. Very good quality and size. We did put them on a dimmer so we can ajust the lights as we need to. The service from Lighting Universal was great too, from the phone personal to delivery.

I purchased both two mini pendants for the kitchen island and the matching chandelier for the breakfast nook. They look elegant but not stuffy, are unique, and definitely look like quality product. The brushed nickel surface matches well with my appliances and other finishes.
