Timely delivery. Well-packed and protected product. Installation instructions are good but not great. The product is of good quality, and we're pleased overall, but seems somewhat overpriced. Biggest gripe is the poor quality of website product photos - too hard to determine the glass colors of this Mission/Tiffany fixture and fixture finish color was almost impossible to determine. Fortunately, it was ok for us, but someone trying to match other fixtures could end up very disappointed. It was much clearer at Quoizel website, but that site is more challenging to navigate.

Beware buying from this company. Their 110% price match is a scam, search the internet you can find better pricing. They said the price I found was too low for them to match. Customer service is pathetic!!
