We bought the olive color pendants. They are beautiful. Our electrician installed them without any problems. Make sure you know the length at which you want to hang them. Once the wire is cut, you can't lengthen them. There are tips online to help with pendant height. These pendants, installed as is from the box, do not offer alot of light. They are mainly decorative, and that is what we wanted. I don't know if you can put in a brighter light bulb.
