Ordered item online and it arrived in the exact time frame it was expected, which was impressive.

Only concern was that the box in which it arrived was damaged, and since this item needed to be installed by an outside professional, we were concerned that because of the condition of the box, that a part or parts might be missing. Upon opening the box, the inside was disheveled and looked as if it has been disturbed and not properly packaged. I called customer service and wanted another shipment, but the gentleman told me to just wait until it was installed, and that they would supply any parts if their were missing parts. I reluctantly did this, and fortunately, when it was finally installed almost three months later, everything had been included and all is well.

The island light is beautiful--it adds warmth to the area in our kitchen where it was installed.

I would recommend anyone purchasing it online, but still feel that if anyone would have seen the condition of that box when it arrived, they'd have thought something was wrong as well.
