fine product -- very slow shipping

The product was just what I ordered But -- I was told that it would ship from NY. It didn't and it took week to arrive. This item was small enough to go by mail - ordering Thursday should have brought it to my house the by Saturday -- Monday the latest. My contractor was waiting for them.
