Although this was supposed to be a 110 to 12V transformer, the one I received was defective--output was only 3V. Moreover, a call to customer service for return/exchange info was not satisfactory; I was told they would have to "check with the manufacturer to see if that's correct." Nevermind that the unit states right ON it that output is 12V. Not satisfied. Also, my 1-star review keeps defaulting to 3 stars, won't let me change it.
