While these fixtures are attractive and versatile (with the many available shades), they are designed to hold the shade in place with gravity. One wrong touch, and the whole shade and diffuser come crashing-down.

I would not recommend using this fixture in an area where people are likely to touch it. Whether a guest or housekeeper, a no-touch pendant is not terribly practical.

Just want I expected.
