The fan looks more antique gray in the pictures and that's what we wanted. When the box arrived it also had the same grayish toned picture of the fan on the outside. The electrician installed it on our patio and when we came home we were surprised that the fan was brown--not grayish. I called the customer service and she said it looked more gray in her photos as well and offered an exchange. Had it not been installed we probably would have sent it back to do that, but I'm not sure we would have recieved a gray one anyway. Fan is attractive even though it's not the color we expected and seems to move the air well enough. We are happy with it overall.
