The fan is everything we expected. I needed the fan overnighted to my contracter he they did it. The service was great!! I will shop here again. Now I sit outside on my patio and my estate fan keeps me cool rain or shine and yes bug free.

This is an attractive, affordable fan. I cannot rate the instructions & assembly because I did not hang the two that I bought, but I had no complaints from my electrician. Although I have not yet moved into the house for which I bought them, I am pleased with the look and performance of the fans since hung. I searched local stores and online for an outdoor fan as attractive and affordable as this one that had slightly redder blades, as my front door is stained redder than the walnut blades that come with this fan, but could not find any as nice for the price. However, as my interior designer said, it's okay if everything isn't "matchy matchy."
