These fans are used in a high humidity, waterfront, outdoor location. They stand up to the elements and even after several years, our older fans are in great shape. As we need to replace lesser quality outdoor fans, we replace them ONLY with THIS brand of outdoor fan.

pot metal blade attachments

Have on large porch and outdoor kitchen. Blades keep breaking. There is a clean break in metal attachment point blade to housing. Metail thin pot metal. Not a good choice for an outdoor fan. Consider latent defect.

Just installed two estate 52" on back porch. They are very slow at top speed. Would not purchase again.

great value nice fan

This fan is a great value. It is quality made, all weather and looks good. I liked the fact that it was different from everything you can find in a retail store.
