The product is really not that bad; however the service was very weak. Our previous order was shipped quickly, with tracking info, and left promptly by our front door. This light was shipped with a note saying that "if we did not already have it, we should see it in 3-5 days". It was preceded by a phone call from UPS stating someone would need to sign for this package, no time stated and we were out of the house that day. I then had to wait until the following day between 2 and 4 p.m. to take five seconds to sign my name and recieve the shipment.

I purchased two black lights for the front of my house and two white lights for the side doors. The quality of the lights are excellent. The lights were delivered in the estimated time of 5 days. I had limited clearance for these lights, and I could not find any locally in stores.
I would suggest for anyone to look through your many seclections of lights before purchasing them elsewhere.

Product appearance is exactly as shown on the Lighting Universe site. Installation is standard for a lighting fixture. Included rubber gaskets were somewhat difficult to place on the fixture. Changing bulbs will be more difficult than average due to globe frame being held in place by small Phillips head screws. Screws designed to be removed by hand would be more practical. Overall, an excellent product delivered as pictured and described.

This light is just as it is pictured. It was easy to install, looks great on the porch and gives good lighting.
