Actually, one of the glass panels was broken when we received it. If you can send me one then I will change my review to Excellent.

One of the problems with Hanging Lanterns we've had before was the difficulty in opening them to change light bulbs. This lantern is open at the bottom which makes all the difference. It isn't just easier to access, but it's safer since we don't have to fumble with screws and hinges while on a ladder. It also looks great and is easy to clean. I highly recommend it.
